So after a mixed start with Snoots, I have recently signed up. It's very text messaged based and I'd advise anyone who wants quick and personal access, this probably isn't your cup of tea. I will say Sean went the extra mile to hear my feedback and it was enough to convince me to give Snoots a try.

I love the transparent pricing. No more 'vet bill shock' at the end of a visit. The flat fee covers so much, and even the medications are cheaper than at other clinics I've used in London.

Had an appointment yesterday to have my dog chemically castrated. We usually use the North London branch and thus far have been relatively happy with the service. Yesterday, however, has me questioning whether I'll continue membership as the vet absolutely destroyed my dogs coat shaving an unnecessary and totally excessive patch just for a simple subcutaneous injection. She informed me she'd need to shave a little and I presumed it'd be a small 10mm size patch given the size of the needle, which would have been easy to hide amongst the existing hair. She then told me to wait outside and to say I was shocked when she called me back in is an understatement! I felt it best to hold my tongue to avoid conflict but made a formal written complaint that same evening. I'm posting this review here to warn others. Please view the photo for the ruined coat. My dog has a wire double coat and we have him hand stripped as shaving ruins this. We can only hope it will grow back sufficiently well to eventually blend in but it will take months. All in all an extremely poor experience. What makes it even more annoying is the unnecessary nature of it, I really don't know what the vet was thinking!

Awesome vet and the yearly pass is definitely worth the money. We have moved from Australia to the UK and having the basic yearly vaccination/care is just absolutely amazing. Really caring staff and always very responsive. Thanks for your service ❤️ Ps: Please open one of you clinics near E1 🤣x

I do not recommend this Vet after complaining about the conduct of staff i was pressured to change my review to a positive one. The same behaviour happened again and I was banned. I signed up locally as I am a single mom and disabled. The care was in an area which cost over 60 pounds in a taxi each way. Over an hour Tube wasn't an option at rush hour in the morning with an animal. I waited 5 hours in the rain in a strange and dodgy area only to be told once again my animal hadn't yet been seen. My cat had been fasted from 11pm the previous day and no water since 7am. I could no longer leave my cat in their care. I was gaslit by a patronising and intimidating staff member who blamed me stating my cat had fleas ( which I already told them on triage). This is the second time I experienced aggressive and unprofessional behaviour and a total lack of care for my pets at snoots. If you dont drive and are not good with apps or if your autistic like me and need people to be clear about times and locations this vet isnt for you. They will ban you if you complain. I see medivet offers same monthly package for ten pound less and more locations which are accessible. In my experience this is NOT lgbt friendly and not a caring vet. I was sat down talking in a normal tone voice. There staff surrounded me standing up and filming me with a laptop. Then when I complained about their conduct I was banned and they have also banned a family member whos cat is registered there. The positive reviews cannot be trusted as if you leave a negative one they will call and email you to change it as they did with me. I am glad I no longer have to deal with this organisation my pet is still traumatised from yesterday's shenanigans.

My experience has been great. All very friendly with great communication. Paid the full year to get the dental clean for my dog (£396). Waited approx 1 month for appointment (fair enough as it’s a great deal that many are taking advantage of). They sent me a photo of my dog whilst he was there which I found comforting. They also took out some teeth during the procedure which they didn’t charge extra for as said the teeth were loose and didn’t feel another surgery was needed. This has saved me a fortune as elsewhere with teeth removal I was looking at well ok 1k. Very impressed and grateful for the amazing service. Makes a change to past vets who seem to think up ways to charge extra. Wish they’d open up some branches nearer to SE1.
